Killer plastic June 17, 2007

Andy Warhol said “Everybody’s plastic, but I love plastic. I want to be plastic.

Except for a small amount that’s been incinerated - and it is a very small amount - every bit of plastic ever made still exists.
 
At the same time, all over the globe, there are signs that plastic pollution is doing more than blighting the scenery; it is also making its way into the food chain. Some of the most obvious victims are the dead seabirds that have been washing ashore in startling numbers, their bodies packed with plastic: things like bottle caps, cigarette lighters, tampon applicators, …

Well that’s exactly how we feel at zoozoo2. It doesn’t matter how small it is just do it.
As surfers, snowboarders, scuba d’s or  runners we can play our small part in determining what happens to our planet by the consumer choices we make and the little things we do.

Still Endangered
